Safe and convenient
When it comes to baking, parchment paper used to be my only option. Since I bake a lot, I am consuming a lot of parchment paper all the time. Recently I got to know silicone baking mat, which is re-usable and seems to be more environmental friendly. It is something touching the food, so safety is my big concern. Eventually I got my sliicone baking mat here and I'm happy with the quality and outcome of these mats.These are made from food grade silicone and can tolerate a wide baking temperature range. They are nonstick and do not need to pre-grease. I used these mats several times already since receiving, and seems they work better than parchment paper for stickier food. The food would not be sticky on the mat and well uniformily baked.These mats are very easy to clean, just rinse them under water. They are also easy to be stored without taking much space, can be rolled up and put in the cabinet or drawer.I also used the mat for kneading dough on the counter top. Afterward just rinse it and it will be clean again.I highly recommend these mats. They are safe and so convenient!

BEST THING EVER FOR BAKERS
I bought these as a shower gift for a relative who is getting married next month. She cooks from scratch and bakes. I have been using silicone mats for years and find them much more convenient and easier to use and clean than anything else, including parchment paper.

Great product
Product as described and for the value, the quality is pretty good. The mats were very easy to clean. Only took a couple minutes and they were clean and put away.

It works !
I use to put inside my cast iron to bake sour dough bread and works really well. I don’t have to use parchment paper to bake sour dough bread now. It’s reusable and good for environment.
