After two years I'm replacing -dim LEDs
Honestly I love this light but one of my two is significantly DIM. I run and 50% 5 days a week for two years in my home office. Very disappointing as in my opinion LEDs should last longer than this. I still run e28 warm white incandescent bulbs in the track lighting and those bulbs are at least 4 years old. I'm gonna buy a different brand to replace the matching set of articulating arm led lamps as I expected them to last at least 5 years ...or I'll just go back to old school architect lights (my job) and at least not get stuck with a device that ends up in landfill and can just change our e28 bulbs as needed

Great
Stays where you put it. Can change color temperatures and dim it. I own two of them.

Stylish and sturdy but expensive
I bought this lamp in December of 2020and ever since then I've been using it daily. It's a good light to illuminate your desk or if you need to work on something specific it has a great range of motion as long as the item is on your desk. There is only one motion that it's was missing for me, which is a rotational head. It does swivel around but I was hoping for the head to be able to point up to the ceiling or maybe to the wall but it's not possible with this one.It is stylish and the arm is a lot better than others. The arm and base is solid and sturdy which is important because there's nothing more annoying than to have to keep adjusting a lamp because it starts to droop down after time. So far no adjustments necessary. The desk mount does require at least an inch (probably a little more) away from the wall so if you like to have the back or sides of your desk right up to the wall then you might have to get the weighted stand or have the lamp on the open side of the desk like installed. The only thing with having it on the side is, it you have a long desk then the lamp will have to stretch pretty far to reach the center and then the arm will be close to the desk.I do wish it had like a timer on it so when I'm working late at night and if I fall asleep at the desk it would be great for it to turn off after a set time to save in electricity and LED life.Another wish is to have a smaller power adapter to to wall. These days just about everything electronic has a large power adapter and you can't fit too many in a power strip because they all point different ways or you have to skip outlets on the strip so they can plug in.If the price was around $35-40 I would say it's a nice buy but $60 plus for a LED lamp these days is kinda pricey. Maybe if it had some cool features like being able to use voice commands, or had the timer, or motion sensing feature, or able to change to other colors, or make breakfast and coffee in the morning, then I might say it was a good buy at $60+. It is fashionable fit for the MAC users.......

Better than pictured. A great little find.
If you’ve ever shopped theses sorts of slim, high-design style lamps, you know price tags usually start around $300. So, when I ordered this MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE clip-on lamp desk lamp I honestly wasn’t sure what would arrive. When I opened the box I’ll admit to feeling shocked at how well constructed and designed it is. The surface texture is elegant and forgiving. Even better, the arm mechanics move and glide smoothly and the choice of light temperature lives up to promise. Measure well. It is tall/long.

Don't guy this, get the CL2 instead, I have tried both
I have had the black CL2 version of this for 5 years and remain delighted with it. However, I needed a second lamp and I thought I'd try this one. It's going back for a few reasons:1) the long flat head unit with the light strip in it has a "tilt" to it and no amount of adjustment will fix. I've used a level on it to confirm that it's not my imagination (and that the CL2 doesn't have this issue). I have tried adjusting what I could but to make the level show even I have to life the left end of the level (looking at the light from the front) almost a quarter inch, and that's a non-starter.2) The CL2 has one touch button on the top, which is not illuminated. This one uses 4 buttons and not only do they look bad (a white section in the midst of the silver) but they used orange LEDs to illuminate each of the 4 buttons and it looks bad against the silver background.3) While both of the Phives I have are made of metal, this one (with a silver finish) has some sort-of-sparkly look to it that mimics plastic wonderfully. While the killer point for me is that out-of-alignment light strip unit, all in all it looks cheap. Were I to see the black CL2 I'd have guessed the price easily at $80. If I hadn't seen the other one I'd have guessed this at $35'ish.

excellent lamp for task lighting
This lamp functions beautifully and looks great. It is light weight and easy to position -- though be aware positioning the head requires loosening and tightening. It is plenty bright enough for desk work and the touch buttons on top are a pleasure to use. Changing light color and brightness is much easier than other LED lamps I have. This is the second PHIVE lamp I have purchased and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of materials and design aesthetics.

Second phive lamp—great choice
I have 2 lamps by this company—one round for my desk and this one at a work counter. The touch controls always work. The options for tone and brightness are good to have. The tones really are different and it’s easy to switch for different tasks and time of day. Set-up is easy. Keep track of the included tools because the joints do need to get tightened—for me every few months, but could be more often if you are frequently adjusting the position

Looks good works great.
The design of my table lamp is it very sleek and modern. I particularly like the diffuse illumination.
