8.5, but this balsamic is like syrup and a little goes a long way! Best product you can get!!!

Is there a big difference between this and a $15-$20 bottle? I am thinking much better than $5 bottle but concerned about the "diminishing return".

No "diminishing return" possibility with this Balsamic. It's fabulous and we are ruined now. This product will make you a Balsamic snob.

Ingredient? Grape with no sugar, Carmel, etc?

Don't have a clue. That being said, it is an excellent, high end balsamic. This is not a balsamic to be used to make a basic salad dressing. That would be a waste. Rather, this is used sparingly, e.g., with a good EVOO on a mozzarella and tomato salad or on sandwich made with an excellent loaf of bread.
