Not full Stainless steel
It s not made of full Stainless steel. Only the part on which towel hangs is stainless steel. Rest part which will get fixed on wall is plastic. The plastic part needs to be fixed on wall with help of screw (3 holes in plastic and screw provided 2 with wall plug). There is bolt which is to fixed on plastic part from inside and on which the stainless steel hanger needs to be screwed in. Maintaining this bolt inside till we tighten hanger part is most critical. Try to pull and then screw in the hanger part. Little tricky.

Seller gave very old and used product.Stainless steel was peeled off at many places.Amazon didn't accept for return as well 😡
