Bought this jacket for snowmobiling and skiing in Aspen. I wore this jacket with a base layer and it was plenty warm and on really cold days I added a fleece. The hood is large enough to cover a helmet. There are pockets galore. I ordered the jacket one size up and I had plenty of room. The company Peter Glenn responds quickly and customer service was great.

I really like this jacket more than I thought I would. The back is long to keep your bottom warm on chair lifts. Very warm and breathable. The hood actually will keep snow and rain out of your face.

I absolutely loved this coat. However, the velcro on the coat destroyed the sleeves within a week or 2. If the velcro was not as abrasive and if the fabric was not destroyed I would have loved to keep the coat. But unfortunately had to return due to the defect.

I like the fact the coat has all the right pockets, has a double zipper and covers my bottom. But, I am disappointed that the fabric is shredding on the lower arms due to contact with the Velcro closures.

Not for petite people, I would recommend something in a XXS if you’re under 5’2, less than 100 lbs. It’s extremely warm but alas, still too big.

Live the color and all the pockets! Just take note that the jacket does run big. I wear a size medium in most jackets but this one is more baggy on me. It fits like a boyfriends-style jacket, which is perfect for me.
