Look up toto website for taking measurements of your toilet before purchasing. More or less if you have a toilet from the last 5 years, it'll fit.

Worth the money. I purchased two for my house. One on each floor.

First of all, you need access to an electrical outlet. Many homes have "water closets" with no electrical outlet. Unless you have experience, call an electrician or handyman to install an AGFI outlet. Trying to install all of the water connections also proved difficult. Tight space. I fought with it for hours. Finally got the connections on but it leaked at two different connections. I was afraid to tighten the connections for fear of stripping the plastic connections. So I called a plumber. He tried tightening it down but still it leaked. He was afraid to tighten the bolts to the water reservoir for fear of cracking the porcelain. So I bought a new toilet at Home Depot. Plumber installed it for me for free. I like the bells and whistles of this TOTO bidet but I am disappointed that the spray doesn't clean you completely. Maybe 95%. Other than that it works great. The unit was $1200. I just wasn't anticipating another $750 to install it.
