Ankarsrum Deluxe Package Add-On Bundle

Just unpacked this assortment of tools, after arriving earlier than expected, and it looks great. We will have fun incorporating all of this into our kitchen routines. Right now I think the blender can easily replace our vitamin blender. We are anxious to use the cookie press for holiday cookies. The tools look and feel well made and sturdy. Very impressed.

Wow! How much space will I have when I discard all the equipment this thing will replace!?! I’ve only tried the mincer and the blender at this point, but I’m not disappointed. Assembly of the mincer had its learning curve, but once it was correctly assembled it worked like a dream. Much more sturdy than the one sold by KITCHEN AID. Now, I just need to find a bowl low enough to fit under the grinder. And I must add shipping was prompt and well packaged.

The blender attachment is the most powerful blender I’ve ever used it could be an emulsifier. I’ve made smoothie after smoothie with this until and it beats everything I’ve previously used all the way to the vitamix. It will break down just about anything in seconds. My mini food processor (3 1/2 cup) broke down the other day and remembering how well the blender works I gave it a go. I only needed an onion bell pepper and garlic chopped up so I figured a quick run in the blender would have to do. Oh my goodness it turned in into soup or purée within seconds now I know how to emulsify my squash without purchasing another piece of equipment. Anyways back to my purée, I was chopping up the onion bell pepper and garlic for meatloaf now I had purée I dumped it in because I am disabled and can’t stand long periods of time (I take many breaks when doing anything) I used the purée mixed it up add crackers that I ground up in my herb grinder. It was mixed so well that my son won’t eat anything he sees onions in ate two pieces of meatloaf, it was a very good meatloaf. Anyways the blender is so easy to use just lean the base over and a half turn and you’re ready to go it will break down anything you put in it no large pieces of ice just smooth smoothies and now I can turn any vegetables into a purée too. I let you know next fall how the grinder sausage stuffer works (unless I forget which many people seem to do). The only thing that would make this better and would be a God send if it would have something to keep all the pieces together. There are a lot of pieces and there should be something or some way to organize all of it. That’s why I knocked a point all the pieces are easy to loose or mis place something.

Totally met the Amazon driver at the end of the driveway with my mask on!If you are interested in this product, I will encourage you to "invest" when in stock. Mine arrived today, and I opened up, washed all the parts, and promptly prepped my six other machines --this product replaced that are well-loved and off to the Goodwill!The plastic is of fair quality, and the box comes well packaged, and the items arrived without breakage. There are small pamphlets for all the accessories in the bundle, and if you are aware of the Ankarshrum line, it is just their way of packaging. Their YouTube channel is a good source of how to attach the accessories.I use the Ankarshrum for baking every week for bread, and I have already warped the plastic mixing bowl insert in the dishwasher, so be mindful, and I had to replace it. Total learning curve!

I love the mixer, and the attachments just make it better. There is a learning curve, and I admit to being frustrated a few times, but there are videos on You tube that help. I just have to give myself time and grace. There are so many attachments I haven't used them all yet.
