Decent flavor but the directions should be revised. I added this packet to 1lb of meat (shredded chicken) like the directions said and it made the chicken way too salty for consumption. Thankfully I had another 1lb of chicken breasts that I was able to boil, shred, and mix into the already seasoned pound. After some thorough mixing of the season and unseasoned chicken it evened out nicely.So unless you absolutely love salt, I'd suggest doubling the amount of meat or only using half a packet per pound. With that ratio, it's a pretty decent mix.

All I can say is YUMMY. One pack is not needed for 1 pound of ground meat. I use a half pack and taste as expected. Using full pack was just to strong. Even better like getting double the product.

Vegetarian mini tacos filled with vegi crumbles seasoned with this simply organic southwest taco seasoning mix are a favorite . Topped with cheese , lettuce , tomato and guacamole and even sour cream ( or you can use plain greek yogurt as it taste similar to sour cream ) or You could use pinto beans also if you prefer or combine the two .The seasoning makes these tacos taste perfect , even our non vegetarian eaters ask for more and say they taste just like " regular tacos " . This is the best seasoning mix for tacos we have tried so far .

Better than you can imagine.Try cutting the heat with bit ofgarlic powder and tomato paste.You will find yourself seriouslyaddicted to this Simply Organic taco mix.A really great seasoning on its ownor your own twist on it.

Great taco seasoning, now my go-to for Taco Tuesdays and other brands just aren't the same. My only complaint is the amount of maltodextrin in it makes the carb count kind of high per serving (5 gm). If you, like me, are carb conscious then you have to watch such things. Great, spicy flavor with a hint of lime that I love. The kids find it a tad spicy, but they all seemed to have grown accustomed to it now. Better than anything you will find in most grocery stores.

Yes, we are officially ADDICTED to this beautifully balanced seasoning. Tacos, Burritos, Carne Asada, Chicken Asada, Fajitas ... I have seasoned my Roasted potatoes with Southwest Taco. Thank you Amazon for allowing me to buy this in BULK. No more gawd-awful "Taco Bell" seasoning for THIS family. Just the right amount of spice, definitely NOT bland."Organic"? Meh. who cares ... I buy this for the TASTE ... not to signal some "Alternative Health" virtue.

Love the fact that this is an organic product... Taste good. Personally I believe I could use this to season twice the amount of ground meat, it would still taste very flavorful. Not too spicy and not too bland. Would recommend.

This taco seasoning has excellent flavor that isn't too spicy and not bland at all. I have been using this for many years. It also works well for chicken fajitas in the crockpot. The packets are convenient to use and when I buy them, I typically purchase a case of 12 at a time so I always have them available for a quick meal.
