Remarkably thorough
I was hesitant about ordering this because it's expensive, and the shipping from the UK is high. But it vastly exceeds in breadth and depth any other Irish genealogy resource I've seen. For example most books will just tell you that parish records can be helpful, and give a general description of what you might find. I'm interested in Presbyterian records in Antrim. It lists every parish, the records they have, the years covered, and the repository where found. Coverage of almost every possible resource is equally thorough. Also -- despite the title -- a lot of the records would be relevant for 19th century research because they carry on through the 19th century. So if you're serious about Ulster (Northern Ireland) research, this is a must have.
