Careful
You need a clamp with your lamp this bulb is extremely hot and if you have it on low it's not very bright but is extreme fire hazard if you don't have a clamp to hold it up and have it sitting on something, I had it sitting on this wood and it started burning the wood . The bulb is very hot with the metal lamp.

Great bulbs, even as dirt cheap as they are
I avoided this brand for years b/c they had a tendency to blow out after just a few months. Then, I needed one for an emergency, and this was the only one I could find ASAP.I've since stocked up on them. I'm not sure what changed, but thr quality and longevity are better than I could have hoped for. I've used these for bearded dragons, and now for my Uromastyx Geyri. He's had his current 2 basking bulbs for almost 6 months and the output levels are as consistent as they were at the start.TBH, I now prefer there over the Arcadia basking bulbs I previously used.These also still provide great output even when covered in soil & sand dust from a parkour fiend Uromastyx, as seen in the pic.

They only last a few months
I've had these a few times now for my Bearded Dragon. The heat and light it produces is great, but they tend to die between 2-5 months of daily use (shut off overnight).

Was my go to bulbs for my beardie. It has a long lifespan, great heat and brightness for my dragon. The price use to be so good now they have been raising it so I switched brands.

Dissatisfied, almost harmed my turtle.
I may not have a picture of what happened but this light bulb literally exploded, destroying my lamp and made glass pieces fall into my turtles tank. It took forever to clean up and I’m extremely dissatisfied with what happened. This has never happened with any other lightbulb. And this was just supposed to be a cheap alternate so I can buy his other lightbulbs later.I’m not really sure if this has happened anyone else but I definitely don’t recommend this blub

Why would you miss out on this it's so cheap?!?!?! perfect for Backup bulbs. I hope they never change the price this is awesome. The watts are what they say they are. It's bright. Gives off heat. Last long.
