Very helpful.
This was a great introduction to the akashic records. This book really helps you loose the fears/doubts/insecurities that can come up for you, if you are considering to learn more on accessing the records . It helps you become familiar with what the records are and feel more comfortable and confident in your pursuit of accessing the akashic records.

I read the book quickly and grasped the information easily. I didn't see much energy in the book it was dry
