Excellent product & service
I am guilty of not always leaving reviews unless I have received very poor or very good service - this is very much a case of the latter. I purchased a Cymru tankard with personalised engraving on the reverse. I am absolutely delighted with both the tankard & the service. The tankard is a good weight & much nicer than I expected & the engraving is exactly as I requested, unlike other personalised products I have received from other suppliers. The customer service is excellent, I had a query about the number of characters & lines I could have before placing an order & my query was responded to immediately. I also received an email, once I'd placed the order, to confirm my engraving instructions had been received which put my mind at rest that I'd completed my request correctly! Delivery was given as 3 - 5 Dec but I received it 30 Nov. All in all I am delighted with my purchase & woukd definitely purchase from this seller again - thank you.

Product good quality and engraved well. To get engraving I had to send separate email to supplier as no option for this at time of purchase.
