Visually, this ab roller is awesome! The wheels stick to any hard surface which is great. And the kneepad that comes with it is thick enough so that your knees will not be feeling any sort of pain.I was given a Gold's gym brand ab roller ($21.95!) at a white elephant one year, and I haven't really touched it because it was shaky and did not grip the floor very well since the tread pattern on the wheel was just a hard plastic; unlike the rubber material that is on this ab roller. All in all, this ab roller looks killer and it just feels good to use!This sucker will also give you a fantastic workout! I used it for less than ten minutes and my abs were so sore the next day, and I frequently do ab workouts and am not a stranger to the gym!4/5 stars for two (kind of nit picky) reasons:1- there were no instructions for assembly. Granted, the assembly was really easy and I had absolutely no problems on how to assemble it, but a product should always come with instructions or suggestions for use and how to assemble the product if needed.2-The kneepad that I received is not the same kneepad that is shown in the picture. Being a dental student living off of loans, I like to know exactly what I am buying. The kneepad that comes with the product is still great, but the seller should update the product pictures with the new kneepad that customers should expect.

First off, looks like a quality product. I love that it comes witb a knee pad, that just lets you know Epitomie is thinking of the user. Super sturdy with no give when I put my whole weight on the handles since the core is made of a hollow metal tube instead of plastic like some others. Grip is easy on the hands because it's also coated in the soft rubber for comfort and better grip. Rolls with ease using their rubber traction on 2 wheels, and has 2 different difficulties to provide a wider base and more stability. This is the best ab roller Ive ever used and essential for some solid core work.

It is pretty comfortable even for my extra-small hands.*Included free knee pad, although I did not clearly read what came with it when I first opened the package and was trying to figure out what in the world this random black pad was for....it took about a minute because I was too lazy to actually look up the Amazon description.*The stainless steel bar looks study and the wheel itself looks very firm and of good quality, as well. I have never used a "cheap" one but this definitely looks like it will hold up over time.*The balance and stability is excellent. I like the dual wheels design. I appreciate that the description lists it can hold up to 450 lbs, which means my larger boyfellow may also use this, if he so chooses to.*This is definitely not a new INVENTION, so to speak, but it does upgrade the design of the previous ones.*I can always feel my abs, arms, and basically, all my core muscles burning whenever I go more than 5 rounds with it. (Yes, I'm pretty wimpy when it comes to these sorts of things.) That's a plus!*Packaged nicely and we assemble it ourselves, but it's super easy to do so. No biggie.CONS:*Probably more foam padding on the handles. :) That would be highly appreciated!!!

I love (slash hate because it's killing my abdominals on the reg!) this ab roller! It's shockingly easy to assemble. I'm just going to use it in my home gym area, but it's good to know how easily this could travel with me if I wanted to... And I really appreciated the little knee pad insert. I use it all the time (even when I'm doing yoga)! I really appreciate the versatility with the two individual wheels and how you can assemble it to give you more or less stability. I am a SUPER beginner, so I needed the wheels further apart to start off. I was also really excited to find a highly reviewed product that is actually made in the USA! I always want to support local, so I really appreciate that. Thanks for a great product!

The quality and construction of this ab roller are very impressive. Assembly took only a few seconds and everything locks together very tightly. The plastic is very hard and durable. The wheels did not flex when I tried to twist them. There are two wheels that lock on to each other and that makes the rolling process easier because you don't have to worry about stabilizing your arms as much. I really like that feature.The wheels also feature a nice rubber tread, which helps a lot with maintaining and controlling the direction to keep aligned and straight.I was also happy that we get a knee pad included with the kit. The pad also features a rubbery texture on the bottom, so it won't slip on floors. I use the roller on carpets and it did not move at all, which is good. This makes rolling much more comfortable, and it allowed me to get a few more reps done while in a kneed position. Without the pad, I may have just stopped. But with the pad there, I was able to drop to the knees and do a few more.I'm very impressed with this kit and see myself getting many years of use out of it.

Came nicely packaged. Was easy to assemble. It took a minute to put together. Comes with a knee pad too! The wheels are tapered slightly so when the wheels are assembled close together (touching each other) there is a slight ridge in the center adding in instability. This gives for a harder ab workout. Wheels can also be assembled reversed (space between the two wheels) gives it more stability and a wider wheel base for those who are just starting out. There is also more stability this way because the higher side of the wheels are on the outside so it stays balanced better. The width of the handles can't be adjusted. If you are someone who needs a wider grip then this is not the one you should purchase. Not sure how durable the rod holding the handles will be as it is hollow and feels like over time it could possibly give a little. We will see, but for now it's a wonderful ab workout! Received this product free for testing purposes.

You can see by my picture I have a lot of work out equipment. My hubby ordered this as it comes apart for easy travel. I was skeptical!! It's just great!!! I like the ability to have the wheels apart for more stability. Good hand grips for old hands the rubber on the wheel is slip proof and of good quality. Even tho this is light we can see the durability and for the price point that's fantastic!!!

Bought this for core work had to wait a bit longer but I'm glad I ordered this one very well made and can convert from one where to 2 by reversing one of the wheels even comes with a knee pad worth the little extra in price that's for sure!

I really like the quality and adjustability of this roller. It is easy to change between the narrow and wide settings, the construction is sturdy, and the overall aesthetic is very nice.My only minor criticism is that I personally would prefer for the handles to be a bit larger for easier grip, or alternately to have a softer slip-resistant rubber finish.

I bought the Bio Core Ab Roller…the quality is very good…it is lightweight and resistant…the 2 wheels give you much more stability. I’ve been using it and I love it…..it comes with a pad to product your kneels (very useful). Highly recommended

It's great for strength training. After one time of use, I can already feel like the muscles in my core are getting stronger. It is durable and many exercises can be done with this ab roller to strengthen the abs. If you are too weak to do pushups or crunches, using this ab roller with modifications is a great alternative to get abs. Just make sure you have the correct form while using it to prevent injury and effectively work your core
