definitely used and not repackaged or cleaned
the costume is cute, but came crumpled up in a clear bag with no original packaging. definitely had been used, thrown in a bag to be returned, and then shipped to me without anything happening in between. I guess i’ll clean it and fold it in a new bag, but will not be ordering from this company again.
