Goya Ham Flavored Concentrated Seasoning 1.41oz | Sabor a Jamon (Pack of 03)

This is a surprisingly great item! The broth is a bit salty, as all bullion tends to be. The broth does have a ham flavor. I carved and sliced a ham the day before, poured ham stock over it, I used 4 packets with the water for a 12 pound ham. Then covered and refrigerated then reheated on a low temperature. The ham was deliciously moist the next day. I have also used the broth to cook pinto beans for ham and beans.I was unsure about this product but have to say it was a good purchase. I also wondered how I would ever use that many packets. But they are shelf stable so I am sure I will use them

Great seasoning for Yellow rice, beans, stews and soup.

I'm pleased! Pack of 3 boxes... multiple little packets inside each box. Bought to just have on hand. I figured it would make a good "spice" at some point. Well I just got around to using it after having bought this last month.I used one in a pot of Ham, Potato, & Corn chowder. The ham I used wasnt infusing enough flavor in with everything else I used. I added one packet. I didnt want a strong flavor, but I wanted to boost the flavor. This worked out perfectly. The taste is natural, and lightly smokey. It doesnt taste artificial, if that makes sense. I was worried that it would make a weird ham taste, but this is like ham hock flavor infusion.I will definitely be using this in beans and greens dishes.

We use this all the time for seasoning beans and other dishes when cooking. Unfortunately, it is sometimes difficult to locate in stores. It is nice to find a reliable source and buying it in a bulk package is even better.

I like to use the Goya Ham Concentrate Base when making ham & green beans, ham & potato soup, split pea and ham soup and ham & bean soup. I like that it's a powder and not a dehydrated cube. The powder dissolves super quickly with no clumps. You can add as much or as little as you like. It has a nice, genuine ham flavor.

Easy to use. I no longer buy ham or other pork to flavor beans and other things. Perfect for one person
