Poor build quality. It reduces the sounds volume levels, and reduces the quality. Also if you move the cord at all you hear crackling and popping noises. Leave this one alone.

When using it in my car with a 12v adapter and a line in the amount of static and noise was intolerable to my ears. Not deafening noise but a fairly load and very noticeable crackle, pop, and buzz when both charging and audio are engaged. Returned it.

It works. Not perfectly, but it works. If I charge my phone at the same time as having the audio hooked up, it has that High pitched whine from my car’s electrical system. It randomly cuts out a little here and there like the connection is loose, but it has never been an issue before now, so it isn’t a loose connection. Overall, I’d rather have the less expensive, more reliably functional Apple dongle for less money.

This adapter does not work when talking on the phone. It charges fine, it plays music/youtube just fine, but anyone on the phone can't hear me speaking when my head set is plugged in.

Right out the bag, followed the instructions and audio doesn’t work on a phone call. Phone doesn’t register it’s connectsd so uses audio on phone

Used it as a charging/aux combo so i could listen to Spotify while driving. Yesterday, just outside of the 30 day return window, the audio output function just stopped working. It still charges but it is unacceptable for an item like this one to stop working after only one month of regular use. Would definitely not buy again, I would advise others to spend a bit more money on a product that will actually last.

Arrived way late. Works okay for charge and headphones but calls do jot get rputed to headphones, only music. Weird.

This item arrived cracked and did not fit my IPad. Save your money and don’t buy this piece of junk.
