I bought this product 2019, honest, forgot about it, found it again in March 2020, used it as daily (as no instructions given), on my diabetic check up, lost 12lb, so either my soup eat through winter, or yes these patches work, time will tell as had no soup for months, btw although belly still biggish, dropped a dress size, not sure if you can move them in certain places, otherwise i end up looking like a wonky shape, any advice

Not the real thing
I purchased this when my last pack of 10 ran out, in comparison this one just smells like a wax strip and the wax stuck to my stomach in the morning trying to take it off.With the last pack ive been feeling the effects every morning but now on this pack (listing) my progression has stunted.Cheaper is not always better!
