Like surgical grade, outstanding, sharp, the best of the best!
Wow! I ordered a pimple popper & what arrived was this beautiful, shiny, quality instrument well protected in a see-through packet...with instructions! This is a perfectly weighted, quality instrument with a nice, sturdy oval shaped metal loop protruding from 1 end. It is big enough to encircle milia, pimples, etc. without using fingernails & risking infection. The opposite end of the tool itself is smoothly shaped into a fine, sturdy point that won’t bend or break but yet is at least as sharp as a needle, protected with a plastic cap. I could hardly wait to use it. Being a RN makes me very conscious of causing infection. This avoids that problem. I like to scrape the top off pus filled pimples for easier extraction. Just wipe end of point with alcohol & rub alcohol over protrusion...no germs. The tip is soooo sharp that you hardly feel it when you (almost surgically) puncture & remove the top skin. After you alcohol the opposite end you place the loop around the protrusion & push. “Pop” & wipe. No more pus & no reinfection from using your hands. Do you know what the best part is? IT WAS FUN!!!

Nice and sharp, very good extractor
I couldn't live without this thing. I have learned that acne scarring is really from all of the tissue damage you do when you use your nails and too much pressure. If you use a very sharp extractor like this one, you can usually expel the irritation and help the acne to heal more quickly. I recommend waiting until you can see an actual head. Try to puncture it straight-on. Also, if you find that nothing is being expelled, use the tool again, but this time wiggle it around to enlarge the puncture a bit. You really shouldn't squeeze the area too much. You may have to use the tool a few times, but it does help as long as you sterilize it each time you use it. I think we should all have these because the temptation to squeeze is too great, but using this tool helps to heal and keep from picking.

Sharp and useful
To give you a little bit of background about myself/my facial needs, I have large pores and oily skin. This wouldn't be a problem however if I didn't get these white comedones that don't become whiteheads or black heads. They're essentially trapped in limbo as oils trapped beneath the skin. After going to a dermatologist who prescribed me some pretty heavy duty creams (not Retin-A but a more potent cream called "Tazorac"), I was left with less comedones, as the smaller ones had become zits and eventually resolved themselves, however the larger more stubborn ones would not leave. And so, as a being who is not clumsy and enjoys poking at things, I bought this extractor instead of paying a ton of money to see an aesthetician. I have to say, this seems to do the trick. The sharp end is EXCELLENT for piercing the little comedones, very sharp and doesn't hurt. After a little poke, I found it useful to use an angled loop instead of the round one at the end of this tool. After pressing on my skin a bunch, I did leave some redness, but that was due to my pressing, not the product. I can say that, overall, I am very pleased with this and will definitely be using it for years to come as it appears to be high quality.

I think the video describes it better
I do really like this set, I am not an influencer and never claimed to be, I have used these enough to give my opinion on them, just make ur own judgment, they really are a heavy duty set, and they work really well, I have done many reviews on many items I am extremely honest with all my reviews, because I wouldn't want someone to buy something I know I wouldn't be happy with. I have had yhe white cyst that are small and feel like rocks and can never get them out. But with this kit I can. I have a few other kits that were junk but I live this kit. No issues no problems, I hope if u get it that it will please u as well. I have only done 2 videos this is the second, so I thought it was easier to show. Thanks for watching and reading.

Used to pop some milia
Really high quality and looks good, it hurts a bit when using it, but I think if it was done in the clinic it would be similar to the pain at home. I had some very stubborn milia and I was able to get rid of them. You just have to be careful and sterilise them using alcohol. It can remove the tiniest pimples I highly recommend it just watch some tutorials before starting.

Sharp end works beautifully for milia removal!
I used the sharp end to remove milia from my eyelid. It’s really sharp and does the trick. No blood. Minor pain. This worked like a charm. Saved me an expensive trip to the dermatologist! If you have a steady hand and good vision this could save you some money and time! Watch a dermatologist YouTube tutorial beforehand, so you know how to do it. Remember to disinfect the area first and after! Then, disinfect the tool! I don’t recommend the looped end for acne. Those loops never work for me. I mainly bought it for the sharp end. Really happy! Now, I don’t have to feel plagued my milia anymore! Of course, if you have large milia— go to a dermatologist, but for little ones this works like a charm. I see one review below saying this tool wasn’t sharp enough. This tool is plenty sharp. Review dermatologist tutorials and it should teach how to remove milia with a tool like this.

Worth it
I LOVE the pointy part of this, so easy to remove ingrown hairs with it. It arrived on time and as described by seller. Very easy to use, very well packaged. I would recommend this for ingrown hairs rather than the traditional comedone remover. Make sure you sanitize it before and after use, and to do the same with your skin before and after removing the trouble hair. That'll help you avoid getting any infections. 1. Rub area on skin with alcohol. 2. Rub pointy part of remover with alcohol. 3. Use pointy part to dig in VERY SHALLOW and pull the hair stuck under skin up. 4. Grab hair by finger and pull it. 5. Use the circular end of the remover to push down on skin where the hair was to remove any pus that may have accumulated around the hair. 6. Clean skin immediately with alcohol and maybe apply topical antibiotic to it. 7. Clean both ends of the remover with alcohol/soap&water. To prevent future ingrown hairs rub area with acne medication OTC (over the counter) when you shower. Hope this helps.

Amazing lil thing ! Works very well!
I ordered it to remove one milia under my eyes. I didn't expect this would disappear within 3,4 days after using this lil tool ! First day I punctured super gently with the tool shown in the picture and then I didn't touch it for the whole day. I massage my eyes with a very mild rice flour and honey exfoliator in a circular motion. Next day again I poked that milia under eyes and then again massage with exfoliator. Then after 3 days I was successful in removing that pop under my eyes. It is that easy to get rid of that milia. We all deserve the best glowing face
