It is very well-organized and the information is easy to find by the headings. Good balance of colors, as well as the text and graphics ratio. The pages were not too shiny. It was also very easy to read even for second English speakers.

David Gray's book ticks all the boxes as an excellent research methods guide. I am an Ed.D student struggling with how to design my research and this book has become a lifeline. The book takes complex ideas and presents them with great clarity. It feels like the author is speaking directly to the researcher using plain English and adopting a pragmatic 'real world' approach. The online resources have been brilliant. They support the text in a very coherent and meaningful way. Strongly recommended, particularly for the early years researcher.

One of the best interactive and research books I have found. Grey is an experienced researcher and an academic writer. The book is easy reading and easy to follow. A must for anyone writing a thesis or dissertation MSc. Or Doctorate level.
