Quality and Affordability
although not very compact and small it is reliable and the quality is great for the price. I have always went with Casio brand as it is a very good brand. As for the noise of course when adding tape is off no noise and the normal noise of a adding machine when the tape is on. I would purchase again.

Astounding (big enough) Calculator AC/DC
Has all the features you'd need for ordinary use (pretty sure its not a scientific one)I like it WAY better then the HONKER of a thing it replaced LOL -- AND (note) it was hard to find one at a price I felt was reasonable, so I was a bit worried that it might be a "Less than what I expected" model. -- But, NO it was just a bit smaller than the dead one on my desk, and to my complete surprise it seemed NOT to be a solar version (though that would have been cool enough). It is, however, AC/DC -- and if left ON it counts the minutes and the HOURS it, been since the last number was pushed, (if gets left on) til someone (me) turns it off.... That's the only learning curve for me -- having to remember to both turn it on, and, then, turn it OFF LOL--It comes with a small (but decent sized) roll of standard printer paper and is all ready to print. I think it might have taken me a couple of minutes to determine how to put the feeding device on, but most people could do it in their sleep, I am sure. The main thing is; *I* could set it up and use it out of the box... LOL - This is always a plus. So this means:1) it was lightweight enough (I don't lift much) and,2) it was uncomplicated enough for an old gal that just wants to "get on with it" to not have to play "IT person" LOL.Well worth it... :)

Compact Desktop Printing Calculator
This desktop printing calculator is very compact which saves me so much space but functions as needed. I haven't had any issues with this calculator. I do believe it is worth the money if you need a calculator for seldom personal/business use. I'm not sure it would hold up for a daily/repetitive use.

Best price on calculator
The convenience of having a battery powered calculator is nice. I hate having to be near an outlet to plug in every time.Overall the quality for the price is pretty good, the buttons work smoothly and are big enough. Being portable is the main advantage.

Right in time for taxes!
I was very pleased to get this printing calculator. It arrived while I was working on my taxes and I had a lot of numbers to add up. I, of course, had my computer or phone to add the numbers, but without a printed paper with all the numbers to compare, I had been having to re-add the numbers to be sure I was correct. I was happy that not only did this calculator come with a roll of printing paper, it came with a second roll that I wasn't expecting. They aren't super big rolls, so if you are getting this for everyday use, you will probably need to get some spare rolls to have on hand so you don't run out of paper in the midst of a major project. I have plenty for doing taxes this year. You can use it with batteries or an AC plug. I had no batteries of the right size (4 AA) so I could still use it with the power cord. At first I wasn't sure why I couldn't get it to turn on until my hubby looked at the surge protector that I had forgotten to turn on! DUH!I haven't used an independent adding/calculator machiine in a long time and it was so nice to have the large buttons and being able to get really moving with the keys. Old muscle memories came back again from my days working accounts payable/receivable almost 45 years ago. I also like how the instructions showed how to run all the different calculations that this is capable of doing. I have gotten calculators prior to this that didn't tell you how to use most of the buttons. Now I have them. I am very happy with calculator and it was a huge help until I had to turn it off for the night. Now putting off turning it back on for the day. Hoping I can get those taxes finished today!
